Connected Families is a new and exciting Barnardo's project that will engage early on with families to help them feel safe, happy, healthy and hopeful.
Repeatedly, studies have shown that financial hardship, wellbeing and opportunity are interconnected. Evidence highlights that increasing income alone is not enough; families also need support to overcome challenges including mental health, childcare and confidence. That's where Connected Families comes in.
We are looking to recruit to a number of roles across Central and Southern Scotland, Fife and Tayside to help families on their journey to a happier, more stable future:
- Children's Services Managers
- Team Managers
- Project Workers
- Employment, Training and Skills Project Workers
- Administrators
- Project Co-ordinator
- Programme Evaluator
- Volunteer Co-ordinator
Please see the Programme information for more information on Connected Families, and the Job Descriptions and Person Specifications for each role.
Although the roles are advertised as full time, part-time roles are possible – please specify on your application if you wish to work full or part-time.
