Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
Temp work 4-6 weeks with possible extension for longer

We are recruiting for a Despatch & Logistics Operative to join our client’s growing mobile phone repair and recycling business in Harlow. This role is available for an immediate start and offers long-term potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities of the Dispatch & Logistics Operative.
- Picking orders, scanning devices on a PC, and boxing orders for shipment.
- Organising and optimising storage areas to ensure efficient operations.
- Managing despatch to B2B customers, scheduling collections, and handing shipments to couriers.
- Receiving deliveries and ensuring items are directed to the correct department.
- Collaborating effectively within a team and maintaining a fast and accurate workflow.
What We’re Looking For in a Logistics Operative:
- Experience in goods-in and dispatch operations.
- Strong PC skills, with basic knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
