Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Key Holder Cleaner to join our team. This role involves overseeing cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be organised, possess strong communication skills, and have a proactive approach to their duties. As a key holder, you will also be entrusted with opening and closing the premises, making this a vital position within our organisation.
Duties
- Supervise daily cleaning activities to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard
- Open and close the premises securely, following established procedures
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding cleaning schedules and requirements
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and replenished as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
- Assist in training new staff members on cleaning protocols and safety procedures
Monday to Friday 2 hours per day. Anytime from 5.30pm-7am.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour
