We are looking for a friendly, highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our busy roofing company.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping the office running efficiently while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers with enquiries
- Booking appointments using our bespoke scheduling system
- Managing the sales and purchase ledger
- Taking customer payments
- Responding to email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- General office administration and housekeeping duties
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy office environment
- Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with customers
- Proactive, reliable and able to work on your own initiative
- Comfortable using computers and willing to learn our bespoke software
- Experienced in office administration (preferred)
- Experienced with sales and purchase ledger duties (preferred)
