Branch Manager – Recruitment
Swindon
£35,000 – £40,000 per year + Bonus / Commission
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our recruitment branch in Swindon.
This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in developing and growing a busy branch within a well-established recruitment business.
The Role
As Branch Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance of the Swindon branch. This includes managing client relationships, developing new business, and leading your team to achieve targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Building and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Leading, supporting, and motivating recruitment consultants
- Monitoring branch performance and ensuring targets are met
- Managing the full recruitment cycle across multiple roles
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience within recruitment
- Experience managing or mentoring consultants is desirable
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Target-driven with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
