We’re looking for a proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations, customer service, and online marketing.
Responsibilities:
Assist the workshop manager with general administrative duties including;
- Checking timesheets and job cards
- Compiling warranty information for workshop warranty claims
Assisting the sales department with a range of administrative tasks
- Deal Sheets
- DVLA vehicle registrations
- Warranty registrations
- Receive and record wholegood unit information, recording serial numbers etc
Complete marketing tasks:
- Update the company website
- Update CRM system with customer leads
Assisting the accounts manager with general office duties
Desired requirements:
- Previous admin or marketing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Proficient IT skills
