Part-Time Cleaner (Evening) – Monday to Friday
Location: BB5 0RJ
Hours: 15 hours per week (3 hours per evening, Monday–Friday)
Working Hours: Flexible evening shift to be completed after 6:00pm and before the premises reopen the following morning at 6:00am.
Rate of Pay: £13.69 per hour
We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Part-Time Cleaner to join our team at a small bakery. This is a lone-working role, so applicants must be confident working independently and taking pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
Duties include:
- Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces.
- Sweeping, mopping and maintaining flooring.
- Cleaning toilet and welfare facilities.
- Wiping down bakery machinery and equipment (external cleaning only).
- General cleaning duties to ensure the premises are clean, safe and ready for the next working day.
- Locking and securing the premises on completion of the shift (key holder responsibilities).
The successful applicant will be:
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable with lone working.
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Physically fit and in good health
