About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Colour Mixer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately mixing paint colours to customer specifications, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellent service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix and match paint colours using manual and computerised systems
- Accurately interpret customer requirements and colour codes
- Maintain a clean and organised mixing area
- Monitor stock levels of pigments and materials
- Assist customers with colour selection and product advice
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
- Support the wider team with general store or warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and colour accuracy
- Good numeracy and basic computer skills
- Ability to follow instructions and formulas precisely
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in paint mixing, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential (training provided)
