As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy's,you're the heart of everything we do. You'll be working the oven,crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas center stage in the pizzeria.

Stretching & creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards- Working the oven with confidence,precision,and real pride
- Maintaining station prep and delivering consistent quality throughout the shift
- Following Rudy's recipes,techniques,and meeting standards
- Upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
- Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a great shift atmosphere
Experience in a professional kitchen environment- A passion for Neapolitan Pizza and a genuine commitment to quality and consistency
- The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure - and enjoy doing it
- Experience as a Pizza Chef - Neapolitan is preferred but not essential
- A team player who communicates well and stays calm on a busy service
