Outbound Sales Agent
Location: Sunderland
Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours)

Role Details
- You will build a rapport with the customer and use probing questions to find the best product fit for the customer’s needs.
- To finish you will close the deal using your excellent selling techniques.
- You will be responsible for:
- Engaging warm leads through Outbound calls and Inbound
- Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and upselling additional products.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements
We are looking for new talent to fill our Sales Advisor roles on permanent, full-time contracts based at our office in Sunderland. You will need to be:-
- Ambitious and driven, with passion for your work and commitments.
- An excellent communicator with great objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Love understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to delight them.
- Determined to meet or exceed your performance targets.
