Cherry Picked is a premium home services marketplace launching across Essex this summer. We are hand-picking the very best local childcare professionals to join us across Chelmsford, Colchester, Braintree, Witham, Dunmow and Brentwood.
This is not mass recruitment. We are looking for a small, select group of experienced professionals who take pride in what they do and want to build a flexible, rewarding client base through a platform that values quality above all else.

What we are looking for:
- Level 3 childcare qualification or UK equivalent
- Valid paediatric first aid certificate
- Enhanced DBS check in place (mandatory for childcare)
- Public liability insurance in place (or willing to arrange)
- Self-employed or willing to register as self-employed
- Warm, trustworthy and experienced with children
- Professional references available
