We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to join our team in Dunchurch. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, take over the day-to-day management of an established lettings portfolio, and help continue to grow the business.

The Role
As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing the lettings portfolio while overseeing the day-to-day running of the department.
You will manage the full lettings process from enquiry through to tenancy management and renewals, while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in building relationships and winning new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential lettings portfolio
- Oversee the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in and tenancy management
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Opportunity to win and grow new lettings business
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
- Carry out property inspections
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and documentation
- Help support and grow the lettings team over time
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a lettings or property management role
- Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Professional and proactive approach
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
