Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented manufacturing cleaning operative to join our team and work a 3.30pm-5.30pm shift Mon - Thu. 12.30pm-14.30pm Fri.
As an Operative you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas across a large warehouse. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently and who take pride in their work.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, use of cleaning machinery and waste management
- Cleaning of site machinery and cabinets - onsite training provided
- Responding to reactive cleans around the site when requested.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the on site supervisor
- Adherence to site HSE requirements at all times while performing scheduled cleaning tasks
- Operate cleaning machines
Skills:
- Attention to detail: Ability to notice small details and ensure thorough cleaning
- Time management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
