Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operative to join our darts production team. You will play a key role in the assembly, packing, and quality control of dart products to ensure they meet our high standards before reaching our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assemble dart components (flights, barrels, shafts, etc.) accurately and efficiently
- Pack completed dart sets according to job sheets and customer specifications
- Conduct basic visual quality checks for defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
- Work to meet daily production targets
- Report any issues or defects to the team leader/supervisor
- Assist with stock management and inventory checks as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Work Location: In person
