About Us
We are Pealby Living and we are a newly established supported accommodation provider dedicated to helping young people aged 16–25 build the skills and confidence they need to transition safely into independent living.
Our homes offer a nurturing, structured, and empowering environment where every young person is supported to reach their full potential.

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our Ofsted regulated transition service for care leavers aged 16–25.
You will play a vital role in helping young people build independence, develop life skills, and feel safe, supported, and empowered as they move towards adulthood.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will provide trauma-informed support, build positive relationships, and help young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

- Using de‑escalation techniques to manage conflict or heightened emotions
- Supporting young people with education, training, employment, and community engagement
- Maintaining accurate, objective, Ofsted‑compliant records
- Working collaboratively with social workers, YOT (Youth Offending Team), mental health services, and other professionals
- Being a positive, consistent, and reliable presence in young people’s lives

- Understands safeguarding, boundaries, and professional conduct
- Can build trusting, trauma‑informed relationships
- Communicates clearly and respectfully
- Can remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure
- Works well as part of a team and independently
- Is committed to inclusive practice and anti‑discriminatory values

Opportunity to be part of a brand new start-up team
