Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Take orders from guests accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly
- Maintain a clean and organised bar and dining area throughout the shift
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with opening or closing duties
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote a safe environment for all patrons
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and giving correct change
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
- Friendly demeanour with strong communication skills

Pay: £12.21-£18.00 per hour
