Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clubhouse Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining, golf and Padel check-in experience. You will assist in various aspects of food and beverage service, including presentation, and customer interaction as well as assisting with golfers checking in to play. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to food are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Support bartending activities as needed, including mixing drinks and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and bar to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Assist with catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown as required.
- Help train new staff members on food safety practices and service techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential
- Bartending skills are a plus; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
