About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Provide guidance, structure, and encouragement to help young people develop essential life skills
- Support children with their emotional and behavioural needs
- Work as part of a professional and nurturing team to create a safe and positive home environment
- Engage in activities and routines that promote growth, independence, and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong, compassionate, and resilient individuals
- Experience in youth work, care, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine desire to support and inspire young people
- The ability to be a positive role model and set appropriate boundaries
