As a Retail Café Assistant , you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our hospital cafés, providing a friendly, efficient and professional service to patients, visitors and staff. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help ensure our cafés are clean, well-stocked, welcoming and operating to the highest food safety and customer service standards.
With competitive pay rates of £12.92 per hour for weekday shifts, £18.22 per hour for weekday nights (after 8pm) and Saturdays, and £23.64 per hour for Sundays and Bank Holidays, there has never been a better time to join our team.

Your day-to-day activities will include:
Providing a courteous and efficient service to patients, visitors and staff.
Preparing and serving food, drinks and barista-style coffees to a high standard.
Assisting with café merchandising, presentation and stock rotation.
Receiving and checking deliveries and replenishing stock.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout café areas.
Completing cleaning, temperature and food safety records.
Supporting colleagues and new starters within the team.
Contributing to a positive customer experience while helping achieve retail sales targets.
The ideal candidate will:
Experience working in a café, coffee shop, catering, retail or hospitality environment.
