SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School

Contract: Full-time | Long-term (Minimum 1 academic year)

New Formation Education is working with welcoming primary schools across Hounslow and we’re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join from September 2026.
What You’ll Do:
- Support pupils with special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD) 1:1 or in small groups
- Assist teachers in adapting lessons and classroom activities
- Help create a positive and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships that support pupil progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in any subject (Psychology, Education, English, Maths and related fields are a plus)
- Experience working with children/young people (volunteering, tutoring, childcare, mentoring, etc.)
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- Commitment to full-time work for the full academic year (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:00pm)
