Role: Student Services Information Desk Receptionist
Academy: Outwood Academy Ormesby
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary (Actual Salary): £18,692.19 to £18,985.44 (Grade 2, SCP 3-4)
Working Pattern: 32.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 3:00pm), Term Time only + 5 days.
At the first point of contact for student enquiries, you are required to provide a comprehensive reception service. You will also provide cover to the main reception greeting all visitors to the Academy and ensuring relevant safeguarding checks are made. You should be well presented with excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage positively with visitors, students and staff alike.
You will have excellent administrative and IT skills and be fully competent in the use of all Microsoft Packages, mainly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. You will be extremely well-organised, have the ability to prioritise your demanding workload and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
