We are looking to add a new member to our Front of House team at Fitzbillies BRIDGE STREET in Cambridge! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join us full-time or part-time.
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of Fitzbillies, welcoming customers with a warm smile and providing excellent service throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, cooking and assembling simple food-to-order items such as toasties, baps and other café menu items, serving cakes and pastries, handling payments, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and assisting with opening and closing duties. You'll work as part of a close-knit team to deliver a welcoming atmosphere and a consistently high-quality customer experience.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is a team player, reliable, and has a strong work ethic.
