Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about supporting young children’s learning and development and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
In this role, you will work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will help plan and implement engaging activities that support children’s development, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive setting.

Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities tailored to the individual needs of children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Provide a safe, caring, stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes children's wellbeing and development.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development milestones.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development through positive guidance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are followed at all times
- Contribute to the organisation of daily routines, including meal times, outdoor play, and rest periods.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the nursery setting to enhance service quality.
- Act as a key person for a group of children, building strong and supportive relationships with them and their families.
- Contribute to team meetings, training and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare recognised by relevant regulatory bodies.
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative independently.

Pay: £26,436.80-£26,852.80 per year
