Job Summary

Duties
- Deliver comprehensive lessons on facial techniques, skincare products, and client consultation processes
- Demonstrate proper facial procedures, including cleansing, exfoliation, massage, extraction, and mask application
- Develop customized training modules tailored to students’ skill levels and learning goals
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their technical proficiency and confidence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped training environment adhering to health and safety standards
- Assess student progress through practical evaluations and theoretical assessments
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management to ensure cohesive program delivery
Experience
- Proven experience in facial treatments, skincare therapy, or esthetics with a strong portfolio of work
- Prior teaching or training experience in beauty or skincare education is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly convey techniques and concepts
- Knowledge of plumbing systems related to facial equipment is a plus for troubleshooting purposes
- Familiarity with IT tools for lesson planning, presentations, and student assessments
- Strong organizational skills to manage class schedules, materials, and student records effectively
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels
