Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper handling and sanitation procedures
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations at all times
- Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere and promote specials or upcoming events
- Follow all health regulations and company policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles and excellent serving skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards to ensure guest safety and compliance
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Proven time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
