Due to successful growth, we are currently looking for two Business Development Apprentices to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company at an exciting time. We are a long established company that is committed to developing future business leaders.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the responsibilities for the successful candidates include:
Learning all aspects of business development from appointment generation to face-to-face selling
Developing telephone and face-to-face selling skills
Management of own prospect database using the internal CRM
Following up marketing campaigns
Following set procedures
Attending college to gain a qualification in business development
Desirable skills and capabilities:
An ambitious, enthusiastic and professional approach to work
A willingness to learn and embrace the Z1 Telecom culture
An interest in developing a career in business development
