Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Upholding Procurement processes and policies.
- Obtain quotes from Suppliers, ensuring best pricing is provided and where appropriate, negotiate to drive costs down
- Raise Purchase Orders for the purchase of goods
- Help the Procurement Manager and Commercial Operations Manager to review and maintain a strong and reliable Supplier Base, tracking complaints, SLA and KPI’s
- Support stock controllers with product management within the operations
- Track Supplier spend
- Upkeep Supplier and Customer Contract Data
- Support Finance with invoice and Supplier queries
- Support monthly Commercial reports
- Inform the Store Manager of any delivery/stock discrepancies
- Responsible for stock adjustments on our systems
- Process defective items and supplier returns
- Participate in and support the Stock Management team in stock takes and ensure targets are met
- Other Duties as assigned
The Candidate
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems – particularly Microsoft 365

- IT literate and numerate – use of Excel and Power Bi
