Palm Yorkshire Ltd is a busy, customer‑focused Construction & Maintenance company delivering both reactive and planned works across domestic and commercial properties.
Our services cover Gas, Electrical, Plumbing, Multi‑Trade works and the installation and refurbishment of Kitchens, Bathrooms and Wet Rooms.
We are now seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at our Head office in LS13. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This is full time in‑person role based in Bramley, Leeds. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, however working patterns can be discussed.
Duties include
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Working closely with the planners to provide admin support
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory management.
- Handling incoming/outgoing post and office supplies
- Photocopying, scanning & document management
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
- Handle correspondence, emails and filing systems
- Database maintenance
Skills Required
- A desire to learn quickly and work hard in a fast-paced business
- Organised individual able to use their own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good communication skills, polite and professional manner
- Computer literate, especially around Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint
