We're looking for someone brilliant to help us run the day-to-day of our growing coding and tech education business for children.
This is a hands-on, people-facing role — perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thinks on their feet, and wants to make a real impact (not just answer emails).
What you'll be doing:
- Being the first point of contact for parents — by phone, WhatsApp, email and in person
- Managing enquiries and bookings, and keeping our CRM up to date
- Attending trial sessions, open days, and marketing events — helping create a fun, welcoming space for kids and parents alike
- Supporting with ideas and content for how we grow — social media, events, partnerships
- Full training provided, working closely with the founder
What we're looking for:
- A confident, outgoing communicator who's comfortable talking to parents and kids
- Someone motivated, energetic, and full of ideas
- Comfortable using computers and quick to pick up new tools (CRM experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Based in or near Chelmsford, able to come into our office when needed
- Reliable and organised, with good time management
Experience is a bonus — attitude and motivation matter more.
The details:
- Pay: National Living Wage (£12.71/hour, 21+; applicable NMW rate for under-21s) + performance-related commission plan, plus a £50 training bonus after8 weeks
- Hours: Flexible, roughly 2–4 hours/day on weekdays
