CarePoint Housing is seeking a Property And Compliance Officer. This role is pivotal in working with a dedicated team of support staff.
As a Property and Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the sourcing and compliance of all our properties with all relevant regulations and standards. Searching and identifying prospect properties. To establish and maintain landlord, investor and agent networks, liaising and negotiating with Landlords, Agents and Investors to promote the CarePoint Housing Lease and Property Standards. To manage properties through the pipeline to the point they are available for occupation.
Based in Oldham, you will also be working in the surrounding areas, you will coordinate closely with our management team to maintain high levels of maintenance and compliance, ensuring the safety, security, and quality of our housing stock.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in housing management, property sourcing and compliance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge or housing regulations, building codes and health and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Extensive experience in sales and or property sector/market.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (365) and property management software.
- Certification or training in relevant areas such as fire safety, building inspections, or housing law is advantageous.
Additional duties as assigned.
This role requires a CRB (DBS) clearance.
Finally, you must have a valid UK drivers’ licence and you will be expected to travel in this role.
