Job Title: Canvasser / Optical Assistant (Full time/ Part-Time)

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Eyehut Chapel Market as a Canvasser / Optical Assistant.
The role will involve promoting Eyehut Opticians’ services to potential customers, generating leads, and also supporting the store team with basic optical assistant duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach and engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Promote the services and products offered by Eyehut Opticians.
Distribute marketing materials and answer customer questions.
Record leads and report daily activity to the management team.
Assist customers in store with general enquiries.
Support with booking appointments and basic customer service duties.
Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming store environment.
Maintain a positive brand image at all times.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and approachable personality.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual.
Previous canvassing, sales, customer service, or optical experience is a plus but not essential, as training can be provided.
Working Hours:
Full-time, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Part-time, flexible hours.
Work Location: In person
Pay: From £8.00 per hour
