What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into business
- Promoting sports-related products, services, and packages
- Managing customer enquiries and providing tailored solutions
- Working towards and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Contributing ideas to help drive business growth and success
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Goal-oriented with a competitive edge
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sport is desirable but not essential
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, or telesales experience is beneficial but not required
