About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the business.
You will become the central point of communication within Tin Trousers, overseeing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion. You'll coordinate customers, suppliers and our team of tailors to ensure work flows smoothly, deadlines are met and customers receive the outstanding service we're known for.
You'll be the person who keeps everything moving. One moment you may be booking fittings and updating customers, the next coordinating workloads with the tailoring team, creating invoices, assisting with marketing activity or supporting the team with a contract order.
You'll also play an active role in helping us grow the business, supporting social media planning, marketing campaigns, customer communications and events.
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions and becoming an integral part of a growing business rather than simply carrying out administrative tasks.
As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibility, increase working hours and potentially progress into a full-time operational management role.
Hours & Salary
£15,600 - £18,740 per annum depending on experience

Additional hours may be available during busy periods, events and as the business continues to grow, with the potential for the role to develop into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Pay: £16.00-£18.50 per hour
