Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Confined Spaces (CSE) Operative based in the Hull/Immingham area, United Kingdom. The CSE Operative will perform operational tasks in confined spaces, ensuring safety standards and compliance are met. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, maintaining equipment, handling and managing waste, and collaborating with team members to execute projects efficiently. The role also entails adhering to all safety protocols and complying with environmental regulations during waste management operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with confined space operations and a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- CSE Certification
- CCNSG Safety Passport
- Jetting Certification
- Ability to operate and maintain machinery and equipment related to waste management
- Knowledge of waste management, hazardous materials handling, and environmental compliance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of an on-site team
- Certifications in confined space training, and willingness to undergo additional safety certifications
- Prior experience in the waste management or environmental sector is desirable
- Driving Licence would be advantageous
