Key Account Manager – Sports Clubs (EMEA)
Travel: Regular travel to clubs across EMEA required

Role Summary
Reebok is a global leader in performance, lifestyle, and team sports apparel. We partner with professional and grassroots sports clubs across EMEA, supplying high‑quality team kit, training wear, lifestyle apparel, and footwear.
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to own and grow direct relationships with our partner clubs. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing day‑to‑day account needs, driving year‑on‑year growth, and ensuring clubs receive a premium Reebok experience from order placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clubs across EMEA, building strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Service Excellence: Manage day‑to‑day communication, order updates, product queries, and issue resolution to ensure a seamless experience.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase turnover through lifestyle ranges, footwear, and expanded training wear assortments.
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Lead structured review meetings with each club to analyse performance, discuss upcoming needs, and plan future seasons.
- Forecasting & Planning: Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, logistics) to ensure accurate forecasting, timely deliveries, and smooth seasonal launches.
- Travel & On‑Site Visits: Visit clubs across EMEA to strengthen relationships, present new collections, and support key events or activations.
- Data & Reporting: Track sales performance, order status, and year‑on‑year growth metrics. Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Brand Representation: Uphold Reebok’s brand values and ensure all clubs receive a premium, consistent brand experience.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in key account management, sportswear, teamwear, or B2B apparel/footwear sales.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive, service‑driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities across different countries.
- Comfortable travelling across EMEA for meetings, presentations, and club visits.
- Commercially minded with experience identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Strong presentation skills for QBRs and product launches.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
