We are a members club supporting the Metropolitan Police Service and their families, officially the Metropolitan Police Hayes Sports Club.
Set across stunning grounds in the heart of Bromley, The Warren is the home of the Metropolitan Police Sports Club - a proud members' club serving the Met Police community - and a premier venue for weddings, corporate events, celebrations and social occasions. We're growing fast, and we need someone with the commercial flair, creative vision and personal touch to take our events programme to the next level.
About the Role
- Proactively generating and converting leads for weddings, private dining, corporate events and social functions
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to signed contract
- Building lasting relationships with couples, event planners, corporate clients and local businesses
- Developing and managing our social media presence, digital marketing and email campaigns
- Creating compelling content that showcases the venue and drives enquiries
- Working closely with our operations and catering teams to deliver seamless, memorable experiences
- Developing and executing a sales and marketing strategy to grow revenue and venue profile across Bromley and beyond
- Representing The Warren at wedding fairs, networking events and industry showcases
About You
- Proven experience in venue, hospitality or events sales - wedding sales experience is a strong advantage
- Marketing experience including social media, digital campaigns and content creation
- A natural relationship builder with outstanding communication skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated and highly organised
- Creative, with a strong eye for what makes a venue stand out
- Someone who takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Knowledge of the South London / Bromley market is a plus
The ideal candidate will be an organised, energetic, and sales-driven individual with a passion for events, particularly private celebrations and weddings. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine focus on client satisfaction.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
