We are looking for a confident and caring Room Leader to join our friendly nursery family and help create exciting learning experiences for our little Rock Stars.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and inspiring your room team
- Creating fun, engaging activities following the EYFS
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Supporting children’s learning and development
- Ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
- Helping make every day exciting, positive, and full of smiles
What we’re looking for
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous nursery experience
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team
