About the Role
Lisburn has a strong mix of residential commercial and business property activity and at Herso Construction and Property Services we support the day to day coordination of maintenance repairs contractor activity and property related services.
We are looking for a Property Services Coordinator who can help organise maintenance requests schedule contractor visits maintain service records and support communication between property teams tenants suppliers and clients.
You will work closely with maintenance staff contractors property administrators and project teams to help keep services organised responsive and delivered to an appropriate standard.

Key Responsibilities
Property Service Coordination: Receive and coordinate maintenance repair and property service requests and ensure they are assigned to the appropriate team or contractor.
Contractor Scheduling: Arrange contractor visits confirm access requirements and help keep planned and reactive work on schedule.
Customer Communication: Provide clear updates to tenants clients and internal stakeholders regarding service requests appointments and completion status.
Work Order Management: Maintain accurate job records update service information and monitor outstanding actions within internal systems.
Maintenance Support: Assist with planned maintenance schedules inspections servicing requirements and follow up activities.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with contractors and suppliers regarding availability quotations service requirements and completion information.
Documentation: Maintain organised records including work orders contractor reports invoices service notes and supporting property documents.
Service Improvement: Identify recurring issues delays or communication gaps and support practical improvements to property service processes.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in property services facilities coordination maintenance administration construction support or a closely related role.
Organisation: Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests contractor appointments and deadlines at the same time.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence dealing with tenants contractors suppliers and internal teams.
Property Awareness: Familiarity with property maintenance repairs facilities services or building related terminology is preferred.
Customer Service: Professional and helpful when responding to service requests delays access issues or routine property enquiries.
Problem Solving: Practical and dependable with the ability to identify issues early and help coordinate suitable solutions.
Tools: Experience with property management maintenance scheduling CRM or work order systems is preferred.
Mindset: You are organised responsive and service focused. You take ownership of property requests communicate clearly and stay focused on helping maintenance and contractor activity run smoothly from initial request through completion.
Pay: £2,600.00-£3,100.00 per month
