- Attract, recruit, develop and retain 5★ calibre Management Partners (MPs).
- Deliver key business performance indicators including sales, margin and profit targets.
- Support behavioural interviewing using The Exceptional Candidate Journey Guide.
- Effectively manage the MP Lifecycle: Selection, Onboarding, Growth, Support and Business Improvement.
- Take ownership of actions, projects and people, driving activity and results.
- Demonstrate a willingness to embrace new ideas and overcome barriers.
- Lead, organise resources and guide others towards successful outcomes.
- Develop MP capability and performance across your region.
- Translate company strategy into operational action and achievement.
