More About the Role
As Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes for the people who use it.
Working closely with the people we support, their families, and your team, you will help create enriching experiences while driving continuous improvement across the service. You'll lead and develop a dedicated staff team, manage service performance and budgets, and ensure Riverview continues to provide outstanding support in a setting that is truly unique.
This is a
full-time permanent role, working
37 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with participation in an
out-of-hours on-call rota.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operation of the service.
- Supporting, coaching, and developing Team Leaders and frontline colleagues.
- Promoting person-centred approaches that maximise independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion.
- Building strong relationships with people we support, families, carers, professionals, and partner organisations.
- Driving service improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensuring the service is appropriately staffed and colleagues are supported to perform at their best.
- Participating in the management on-call rota as required.
Pay: £35,940.00 per year
Experience:
- SVQ Level 4 in Care: 1 year (required)
