Location: Sydney or Melbourne | Reporting to L&D Manager based in Singapore
At Kennedys, we're proud of the experience we create for our people, and our Learning & Development (L&D) programmes play a vital role in shaping that experience.
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused L&D Program Operations Executive to take ownership of the logistics behind our programs, working closely with Stephanie Croxford (Singapore) and the wider global HR team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on coordination, enjoys working with people, and takes real pride in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences.
THE ROLE:
You will play a key role in ensuring our L&D programs run smoothly from end to end. With guidance initially, you'll gradually take full ownership of program delivery and operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating all programme logistics from start to finish
Working with external providers and internal stakeholders
Scheduling sessions and managing program timelines
Setting up and managing sessions via KITE and Zoom
Organising venues and virtual delivery environments
Preparing and sending communications to participants
Managing attendance, follow-ups and engagement tracking
Supporting pre- and post-program activities
Over time, you'll build the confidence and capability to run programs independently, becoming a trusted go-to within the L&D function.
ABOUT YOU:
You'll bring strong coordination skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience coordinating programs, events or training initiatives
Is confident using Excel, Teams, Outlook and Zoom (no advanced Excel required, but comfortable working with trackers and templates)
Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Follows through on tasks and takes ownership of outcomes
Communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships
Takes pride in delivering exceptional internal customer service
WHY KENNEDYS?:
At Kennedys, we believe the experience we create matters. This role is integral to how our people experience learning and development across the firm.
You'll join a collaborative, supportive team and work closely with international colleagues, gaining exposure to global programmes and best practice.
