Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Recycling Operative and play a vital role in the sustainable management of clean cardboard waste. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for sorting, processing, and the recycling of cardboard in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Duties
- Operate manual handling equipment for heavy lifting, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment
- Assist with loading and unloading cardboard
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support the team in achieving daily recycling targets by working efficiently and collaboratively
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with basic tools and equipment is highly desirable but not essential
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or recycling facilities is a plus but not essential
- Commitment to following safety procedures at all times

Hours
- 2 shift patterns available Monday - Friday 7am-4pm or 10am-7pm. You choose!
Remuneration
- Offered on a self employed basis. 8 hour shifts including lunch. £100 per shift
- Paid weekly every Friday
Pay: £100.00 per day
