We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join our well established 30-bed nursing home in Grantham, with a long standing, supportive and experienced nursing team.
We pride ourselves on providing a warm, homely environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Our stable nursing team includes many members of staff who have been with us for a number of years, creating a friendly and supportive working environment built on teamwork, continuity and excellent care.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents within the nursing home.
You will be responsible for supporting residents with their individual care needs, monitoring their health and wellbeing, administering medication, maintaining accurate clinical records and working closely with colleagues, families and other healthcare professionals.
The role would suit an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD who is passionate about delivering excellent care and enjoys working as part of a supportive nursing team.
You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and play an important role in maintaining their dignity, independence and quality of life.

You will receive a comprehensive induction and onboarding programme, including supernumerary shifts tailored to your individual experience and needs.
All required clinical training will be provided, ensuring you feel confident, supported and fully prepared to carry out your role and provide the highest standard of care to residents.
