On behalf of our client, a fast-growing international company specialising in Retail Media, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop its UK operations.

Key Responsibilities·
Lead operational deployment across retail locations.
· Coordinate suppliers and operational partners.
· Ensure excellent service delivery and continuous process improvement.
· Monitor KPIs and operational performance.
· Manage inventory, equipment and operational workflows.
Requirements
✔ 3–5 years' experience in Operations or Project Management.
✔ Strong organisational and analytical skills.
✔ Advanced Excel skills.
✔ Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
✔ English fluent (French is a plus).
✔ Willingness to travel within the UK.
