About Us We are small company with big ambitions, based in the Leeds area. We are currently searching for an experienced landscaper who is looking for an opportunity to showcase their ability and build upon their career in the industry.
The Role & Who We Are Looking For While we are looking for a high level of skill and experience, the right candidate must also possess passion, focus, ambition, drive, and the ability to use their initiative. You must be willing to learn and grow within the business and are encouraged to contribute your own ideas.
Attention to detail and carrying out work to the highest standard possible goes without saying. Your ability to consistently maintain this standard, along with your ability to adapt and problem-solve on the spot, will be the deciding factors in our hiring process. Furthermore, we expect the highest level of respect and customer service on site, all day, every day.
Required Skills & Experience Candidates must be proficient in the following areas:
- Porcelain and sandstone paving
- Contemporary and classic fencing
- Timber and composite decking
- All aspects of landscaping joinery
- Reading and interpreting garden designs
- Managing a job site and a team
- Operating heavy plant and machinery
- A valid UK driving licence is required
The Hiring Process
- Interview: Will be in person at relaxed local Venue.
- Trial & Probation: The final stage is a one-week paid trial on-site, followed by a standard 3-month probationary period.
Pay
- Pay: £140 – £190 per day, dependent on your skill and experience.
