Eco Core Group Ltd is recruiting reliable and hardworking Festival Cleaning Operatives to support cleaning operations at Victorious Festival and associated sites throughout the festival weekend.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn money while enjoying one of the UK's biggest festivals. All successful applicants will receive a festival pass and can enjoy the festival once their shift has finished.

Cleaning and maintaining accessible facilities:
Friday
- 11:00am - 3:00pm (1 Operatives)
- 3:00pm - 7:00pm (1 Operatives)
- 7:00pm - 11:00pm (1 Operatives)
Saturday
- 11:00am - 3:00pm (1 Operatives)
- 3:00pm - 7:00pm (1 Operatives)
- 7:00pm - 11:00pm (1 Operatives)
Sunday
- 11:00am - 3:00pm (1 Operatives)
- 3:00pm - 7:00pm (1 Operatives)
- 7:00pm - 11:00pm (1 Operatives)
Staff Area Cleaning Team
Dates: Friday 28th, Saturday 29th, Sunday 30th & Monday 31st August
Daily Shift Pattern - 4 Hour Shifts
- 11:00am - 3:00pm ( 3 Operatives)
Duties include:
- Cleaning washroom facilities
- General cleaning of communal areas
- Waste collection
- Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the site
Southsea Castle Cleaning Team
Date: Monday 31st August
Morning Shift
Operatives Required: 3 Cleaners
Duties include:
- Cleaning visitor facilities
- Waste removal
- Preparing site areas for guests
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout assigned areas.
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal.
- Clean and sanitise toilet facilities.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests.
- Ensure public areas remain safe, clean and presentable.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Must be able to work outdoors in a festival environment.
