We’re looking for a passionate and driven Patient Bookings Coordinator to join our Telephone Contact Centre Sales Team in a full-time capacity. What You’ll Do
- Engage with potential patients via outbound and inbound calls, live chat, and call-back requests—offering reassurance and expert guidance
- Build genuine relationships and help patients book consultations with our expert surgeons
- Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where empathy, communication, and enthusiasm are key
- Receive full training—whether you come from healthcare, sales, or customer service, we’ll support your success
