EXPERIENCED Front of House legend (Weekend Evenings/Part-Time)
We’re looking for an experienced Front of House superstar to join the crew at LEE LEE, Windsor.
LEE LEE is an independent, neighbourhood restaurant serving eclectic food, creative cocktails and warm, genuine hospitality. We’re a busy, fast-paced restaurant, cocktail bar + karaoke den that cares deeply about quality, personality and making people feel at home.
This is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking for evening shifts in a lively, independent restaurant.
We’re looking for someone who MUST have had:
- Previous experience in a busy, fresh food restaurant (independent restaurant experience is a big plus).
- Thrives in a fast-paced service and keeps calm under pressure.
- Loves looking after people and understands what great hospitality feels like.
- Is reliable, proactive and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Must be available to work every single weekend evening.
The role involves;
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Managing your own section of 4-6 tables
- Managing billing processes accurately and efficiently throughout service
- Supporting team members during busy periods to uphold high standards of service

Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant service, ideally within a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Experience with food preparation and basic kitchen operations is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing and transactions
- Good understanding of guest services principles, including upselling techniques
- Culinary or culinary-related experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: £13.00-£18.00 per hour
