About the Role: We're looking for a friendly, reliable Shop Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (19.5 hours per week).
You'll be a key part of the customer experience, keeping our shelves stocked and giving everyone who walks through the door a warm Earthfare welcome.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Replenishing and rotating stock,
- keeping displays full,
- fresh and well-presented
- Greeting customers and helping them find what they need
- Serving customers at the till, processing purchases accurately and efficiently
- Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy and ready for trade
- Hours - 19.5 hours per week (Weekend availability is essential)
What We're Looking For:
- A genuinely friendly, approachable manner - you enjoy working with people
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- An interest in organic, local and ethically produced food (experience isn't essential – enthusiasm is)
- A team player who's happy pitching in wherever needed
- Previous retail experience is a bonus, but not required
