We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting in creating a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive patient care tailored to individual needs across diverse healthcare settings
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responding promptly to changes in condition
- Administering medication and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols
- Assisting with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities for patients
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and care plans
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
- Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
Experience
- Proven experience working as an RGN within a clinical or hospital environment
- Experience in patient care, including medication administration and basic life support skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, including weekends if required
Pay: £23.50 per hour
